Return Policy

Encyclohub understands that occasionally circumstances may arise where a user may wish to return a purchased product. Therefore, we offer a 7-day return policy on select physical products such as study materials, notes, books, and assignments. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return for a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@encyclohub.com within 7 days of the purchase date. Please provide your order details and the reason for your return request. Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain digital products, including online courses, are non-refundable and non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.
